As a general rule, most orders will ship out 2-3 days after ordering, except for pre-order items which will be clearly listed on the product page.

Please make sure to input your correct mailing address on the checkout page to avoid any unnecessary delays or potential returns. We can't offer any refunds on undeliverable addresses, unfortunately, so please double check that you'd given us the right info :)

Pre-orders and Returns

Pre-orders help us produce specialty items, and take at least eight weeks to produce.

We can't provide refunds on pre-orders, but we can certainly offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.

How can I place an order for wholesale?
